Week 6 at Weight Watchers

After 6 weeks on Weight Watchers I am down 15.8 pounds! This week's weigh in was not the best - but I was still down .4! I won't complain about that.

I've still got about 20-25 pounds to go - I'm hoping to be there around May 1st.

First Blog Post...

Welcome!
I hope this site motivates others, and motivates me to want to work towards my goal of getting healthier and trimmer.

As of today... I would like to lose another 15 pounds. I feel like I've been the same weight for the past year, and would like to really trim up, and keep it off.

I'm totally open for any suggestions. Maybe you know of some good healthy foods, or exercises that have really worked for you.

I have recently started back on calorie counting. That seemed to have really worked for me in the past, and have lost 5 pounds in the past 2 weeks. Hopefully I'll keep shedding more pounds.

I currently run 4 nights a week, averaging around 15-25 miles a week. I usually do 3 short runs that consist of 3-4 miles and a long run on Saturdays that is anywhere from 10-22 miles.
I also have recently added Wii Fit into my weekly schedule, and totally LOVE IT!

Day 1 of the new Health Blog.. 15 pounds up.. Would like those to dissapear..
