Must get back on track....

Today we're having a Bake Sale at the office. And I'm indulging.. the last two weeks I've been indulging on Easter candy.. what's next?? Mother's Day? Memorial Day? Birthday? There will never be an end to these temptations...

My musts...
Must start watching my treat intake...
Must run at least 3 times a week.. ideally 4 or 5 times
Must start watching what I'm eating more often (and not just watching it go into my mouth)
Must get serious about losing weight.
Must get into shape for beach season. Whatever that means...

20 pound mark!

I had a couple hard weeks...but this week was a great one! I have now hit the 20 pound marker! I've lost more than 10% of my body weight and I'm feeling good. Now...I need to add in some exercise to start firming up. Finding the time is so hard!!
